Ball Victory NM2098C-S3J-SL is one of the most popular models from the Fireman collection. The finish of the watch is of the highest standard that you can expect from the Ball brand. The watch is powered by the Ball RR1103 automatic movement, based on the ETA 2824-2. Ball also places great emphasis on gait accuracy in adverse conditions. Fireman Victory was made in accordance with the ISO1413 certificate and withstands shocks and falls up to 5,000 Gs.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
