Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee:

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

At Diamonds of London, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. However, please note the following important terms:

• Order Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the item has been shipped or customized.

• Non-Refundable Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation, please be aware that credit card processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged directly by our payment processor and are not recoverable by us.

• Refunds: The refund amount will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding the processing fee.
