A world time bezel frames the textured gray dial and its three registers, with applied silver-tone accents and a date window between 4 and 5 o’clock adding dimensionality alongside utility. This model features the most advanced movement for Eco-Drive Satellite Wave GPS watches and delivers the world’s fastest time-only signal reception in as little as 3 seconds. Other advanced features include world time in 27 cities (40 time zones), a 1/20-second chronograph, dual time zones, (UTC) universal coordinated time display, a perpetual calendar, as well as daylight savings time, and power reserve and light level indicators. Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diamonds of London. We strive to provide high-quality watches and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale, or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
