Strong and distinctive, with its perfectly sculpted octagonal bezel, this dynamic Limited Edition, available only in a controlled-production run of 800, combines solid tailoring with the highest degree of accuracy possible in a wristwatch. Powered by Seiko’s new GPS solar caliber 3X62, with the improved receiver sensitivity required by the metallic bezel, this exceptional watch is GPS controlled for high-speed time and time zone adjustment to 39 time zones, and includes an in-flight mode and perpetual date calendar correct to the year 2100. To ensure smooth operation, the watch is equipped with a signal reception result indicator and power save function. The solar cell is powered by light energy, with no battery change required, and offers a 6-month power reserve when fully charged. The white dial features a multi-function indicator subdial for easy mode reference, as well as blue and red accents, sharp and highly visible three-dimensional applied indices, and LumiBrite hands and markers. Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Diamonds of London. We strive to provide high-quality watches, Jewelry and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
