To further celebrate the traditional craft, the end of the second hand includes a crescent accent, symbolizing the importance of the moon in Japanese aesthetics. The stunning design is equipped with a 24-jewel automatic movement which beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and provides a 72-hour power reserve, the longest of any Seiko mechanical watch and is the first automatic GMT model in the Presage Craftsmanship Series. The GMT hand can be set independently in one-hour increments, allowing the wearer to view the time in a second time zone at a glance. Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
