The clean white gloss-finished dial features the Presage Sharp Edged Series’ Asanoha hemp-leaf motif, a symbol of growth and prosperity dating to the Heian Period (794-1185 AD). Visible through the screwdown, see-through caseback, the 24-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, with an exceptional power reserve of approximately 72 hours and manual winding capability. Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
