As with the existing 36mm and 45.5 mm models, these pieces take their name from their water resistance certification of 1,000 feet, equivalent to 30 ATM or 300 metres. They offer uni-directional rotating bezels for reliably timing underwater activity. Low-light legibility is further enhanced by the application of Super-LumiNova® to the watches’ hands and hour markers. Straps and bracelets can be interchanged using Tissot’s easy-to-use quick strap change system, giving the owner the opportunity to choose from a wide range of compatible Tissot straps and personalise their watch to suit mood or occasion.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
