Medium-sized diamonds rest at the north, east, south, and west points of this engagement ring’s halo, manifesting a star motif. Two smaller diamonds with golden prong tips fill the spaces between each medium stone, completing the halo. To accent the stunning head, the highly stylized shoulders feature three diamonds (a marquise, followed by two round diamonds) set in a large, single prong, triple polished trellis.

Return Eligibility:

- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
